Check
the notes directly from the original declined order
Also -
stick this burr in Verisign's arse:
Given
that the default registry mechanism for an untouched transfer request is to ACK
the transfer....
and
given that the ONLY way the transfer could have been declined is by a specific
action (NACK) on Verisign's part....
How
could they have NACKd the transfer if they didn't know about it? Methinks
there's a serious flaw in their system, or ... some such.

Hi Charles,
Problem is that we re-started
the transfer from the declined orders, but when we goto the waiting registry
approval area and view notes for the domain, the first attempt isn't showing
anything. It just says the transfer request was sent to the registrant.... So
at this point I can't dig it up... ;o)

Where possible, we parse the tracking number (sent by the Verisign
system to the registrar - i.e. us) and place it into the logical Declined
Order
So
look up the domain under Declined Orders, and check in the
notes.
Note that if Verisign claims they have no record of the transfer
request, there likely won't be a tracking number (or NIC number, as they're
called, since they have the format NIC-xxxxxxx where xxxxxxx is a bunch of
numbers and stuff)

Hi All,
I got the following
e-mail. He needs the Veri guys request number and upon looking through our
documents in the API etc I am not able to locate where I can get this
information (Just our reference numbers etc.) The domain in question
doesn't expire for nearly 2 years he simply wants to get all his domains
out of their system in fear of all the publicity they are getting from
their recent practices. Please advise me anyone if they know the best
route to retrieve this info the V-Guys want....
Thanks...

Mike,
I contacted Verisign just a few minutes ago
to find out why the request was denied, to give my consent, etc... They
told me they didn't have any "record" of a transfer request and suggested
that I ask you if you had a Tracking Number or Request Number from
Verisign regarding the transfer...
Can you check to see if have a tracking
number (for the old and the new request); then I can contact customer
service again and maybe get this resolved.
