Why not? Does the registry refund you, and if not, isn't that fraud? Having walked clients through the process of credit card chargebacks against NSI for renewing, not providing one year's service and refusing to refund, I'd hate to be guilty of the same (Although for PR reasons, I'd probably write off the difference and refund it) -- `Be that word our sign of parting, bird or fiend!'
