When you say "Registrants of existing .nf domain names will be able to keep them and will be able to register the equivalent .nl domain names."
Is is free? If not, why not? If there is a migration from NF to NL for everyone, why would the registrant have to pay for that? What if someone wants to surrender their NF, and obtain a NL instead? I can appreciate that if someone wants to keep their NF, and also have an NL, that they'd need to pay for it. But if they surrender their NF and migrate to NL it should be free. It's not the user's fault that the province has renamed itself. Registrants of existing .nf domain names will be able to keep them and will be able to register the equivalent .nl domain names.
