I did and haven't (Still) heard a response and I have ONLY a couple days left ;o( I am not as dumb as most might think. Just trying to get some reseller input as I know SRS tends to have delays in responding from a couple past experiences. Not meaning to insult anyone, just hoping for some useful input but telling me contact customer support is obvious and already done...
