Hmm, even though January 12 is a good date (it's my son's birthday), OpenSRS was officially live with it's first registration on January 6, 2000. Check whois.opensrs.net:43 for the completed record. ### Our history with OpenSRS dates back to the fall of 1999; we became live resellers on January 6, 2000 but we waited until after January 15, 2000 (when VRSN rolled out the new code to allow one year registrations among other things) doing our first official third party registration on January 16, 2000. I can't believe it's been three years already.
