The way Google calculates PageRank is interesting... though it
doesn't simply do so on a domain basis. Tucows.com may have
a pagerank of 8, but unless it links directly to a sub-page, eg
tucows.com/someotherpage.html - then "someotherpage"
will be considered as a "separate tree" and will have to earn
it's entire pagerank on its own merits.
The results page of the referal is damned hard to get to... It
took me ages to find the search form (several links down),
and then the results are cgi generated anyway. Neither the
search form or the results page are currently ranked at all by
Google (I just checked).
