Again, maybe I'm missing something here, but Verisign is going to require
renewal payments and delete domains that don't renew.  This is outside of
Tucow's control.  Are you suggesting that Tucows should choose to not offer
renewals?  Would you and your customers be happier to lose the the name, or
have the choice yourself?
