ICANN, of course.

Many and board members linked to Intellectual Property concerns.

Jonathan Cohen is the Senior, Managing Partner of the Shapiro Cohen Group
of Intellectual Property Practices, located in Ottawa, Canada. Mr. Cohen
has also co-chaired Working Groups A and B, and worked on the Registrars';
Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy.

Amadeu Abril i Abril was co-chair of DNSO Working Group A (UDRP)*.

Hans Kraaijenbrink is a member of the Executive Board of ETNO, the European
Telecommunications Network Operators association (and an original board
squatter)

Masanobu Katoh is General Manager of the Fujitsu Limited, Washington, D.C.
Office.

Vice-President; Secretary; General Counsel is a patent attorney (and Joe
Sim's old work buddy at Jones Day).

Anyone still unsure as to why ICANN is dragging the chain on UDRP review?

* IIRC, Working Group A claimed consensus when they didn't have anything of
the sort.
