Huh? I thought HORIZON was the test environment. Why would a registry-imposed scheduled maintenance window affect the test environment and not the LIVE one? Are OTHER registrars' test environments also affected by this? What about other systems, like internal email and trouble ticketing? If the registry can impose a maintenance window that takes down services that don't even connect to the registry, then I'm more confused than I thought I was.
