Overstating what I said, grossly.

I simply said that Verisign's wholesale arm has shown that they will NOT
do the very thing that Tucows IS doing with regard to service
encroachment.

By comparison, their customer support lacks.  They are not some shining
white horse, but given a choice between a wholesaler who is devaluing
their top resellers' businesses, and has become less and less cost
competitive, especially for medium to high volume resellers, to one who
provides us a better price, and nothing but a raw domain registration
interface.

The differentiation between OpenSRS and Verisign is becoming less clear
as Tucows continues to proceed along with plans like this one.  And the
justification to use Tucows over Verisign's wholesale division, which
was that Tucows was such a white hat in the industry, is becoming a much
less compelling argument in their favor.
