Uh-oh. That sounds a little like "there will be restrictions, we just haven't mentioned them yet". Obviously, restrictions such as "you can't register domains for speculation and then delete them", or "you can't delete more than X percent of the doamins you register" are reasonable (that's what I was referring to as abuse). The important non-restriction from my perspective is that this needs to be something I can do without the registrant confirming it or having the opportunity to veto it.
