Today we had a customer call to inform us that he intends to transfer his Web hosting and domain registration elsewhere. The reason? Because we're doing business with Canadians.
Sometimes it better to just let a bad customer go but if he is a good guy, Ask him if he shops at wal*mart. I'd send a brief explanation that of how Tucows does business and compare them to Verisign. Ethics or the lack of them are universal. He should be looking at who he doing business with instead of where.
