I don't think you really want your supplier to make a habbit of selling below their cost because then they won't be around for very long. Besides, even if you are competing on price alone, Rackshack must be planning to make up for the loss on domains in another area, and so it should be possible to demonstrate that the total cost of hosting the web site, including domain, is not as low as the domain price might lead one to believe. If your customers have domain registration as the only service from you, and they switch providers based on price alone, then you should expect that you will retain these customers for only a short time -- someone else will always eventually undercut your price.
