I wish to be VERY clear on this issue. I live in fear of the UN having 
anything to do with this and, IMHO, you all should to. We would have 
rule by democratic vote taken by autocratic, bureaucratic appointments, 
none of whom would have the first clue about the Internet, forget about 
DNS or domain names or business or........
