This doesn't work.  It returns the message:

How arrogant!

I'm using Safari with the "please disable the bloody annoying unsolicited
pop-ups that I did not request by clicking on a link" feature turned on.

Is the help center designed to be inaccessible to everyone but those who
choose to run a user-agent with Javascript support and window.open()
functionality wide open?
