And if you do see the pop-up it requires you to give your e-mail
address before you can see the site. These are very strange
requirements. There doesn't seem to be any reason for them. The site
works fine in a normal window of almost any size and there's no
reason for people to give their e-mail address in order to access a
FAQ. Why would such barriers be placed between users and help
documents?

What it doesn't say on that page is that if you don't change the default 'Email Address' text and submit the form it works. Doesn't work if you clear the field though. Still a bad idea.
