And if you do see the pop-up it requires you to give your e-mail address before you can see the site. These are very strange requirements. There doesn't seem to be any reason for them. The site works fine in a normal window of almost any size and there's no reason for people to give their e-mail address in order to access a FAQ. Why would such barriers be placed between users and help documents?
