Yes, it is private. If you want (short time) anonymity you could use the
domainsBYPROXY or the regfly service.
Regarding legal disputed (eg UDRP) the Netsol private registration is
preverable.
If you use a anonymity service like those from godaddy or regfly the
opponent could always argue that you know that you do something "wrong" and
therefore want to be anonymous.
In contrast the Netsol service could be considered as a PO Box which should
be o.k.

In my eyes Tucows does not need to offer an anonymous or private
registrations.
They should only make sure that the e-mail addresses in the WHOIS are
randomly changed every two weeks or some other period.
Regfly does this for free and forwards all incomming e-mail to your real
e-mail address.
This puts down spam to zero.

If you really want anonymity then you should incorporate or form a LLC.
You may incorporate offshore in places like panama or belize. I could assist
in this one.
Sinply register your domain name in the name of your offshore company.
You may also register with registrars in jurisdictions like India or China.

There are some Tucows resellers out there who promote some "offshore doman
registrations".
This is not true. Tucows is located in Canada an these "offshore domain
registrations" take place under Canadian law.

Question to Tucows: What happens when a reseller does not show their
customers the terms of registration required by tucows?
