Most likely, yes.


For the sort of case we're likely to be sued over, we have access to significant free legal resources. But, for instance, in the Diebold case, we voted to go to the wall for it.

I realize that QueerNet's goals are different than what most people who are concerned about WHOIS privacy want, of course.

The issues are mainly those of our parent organization, Online Policy Group. But yes, you're right, they are.
