Here's the annoucement: 1. .com/.net Registry Operator Maintenance Window and Concurrent Tucows Maintenance Window -------------------- As previously announced, the registry operator for .com, .net, .cc and .tv has announced an extended maintenance window for 15 May 2004. This window will affect the LIVE and HORIZON environments of OpenSRS. This maintenance window will affect: - .com, .net, .name, .cc and .tv domain transactions, including new registrations, renewals and transfers. Date: 15 May 2004 Time: 1300 UTC - 0100 UTC Duration: 12 hours To minimize disruption to our Resellers, Tucows has scheduled a concurrent planned outage. This window will affect: -OpenSRS, OpenHRS and provisioning for Email, Managed DNS, Email Defense and Digital Certificates. Email will continue to be delivered. -OpenSRS archived data. -Managed DNS: New zone file additions/changes/deletions will not take effect; redirections will continue to work. Please note that maintenance on OpenSRS archived data and Managed DNS will begin one hour earlier at 1200 UTC. This window will conclude at the same time as the registry maintenance window.
