As a matter of fact I do. And before posting to the list, I went back and
read it again.

This is (part of) what I read:

That, to me at least, implies that we would be able to connect to the
OpenSRS system, and that, further, we would be able to queue registrations.

Also, I read the following:

I didn't read anything about the entire API & RWI being down. Nor anything
about not being able to register, renew or manage .ca, .biz, .info etc.

Please correct me.
