What if any licencing issues are there, in terms of the templates, graphics used, etc ? I haven't seen anything about that in the contract, if I've missed something please point me to it !
It would be just about as effective to simply enforce whatever copyright, licencing, etc restrictions are applicable on the templates, code, graphics used, etc.
