I've been with Tucows (OpenSRS) for over 6 or 7 years now.... lucky enough I hardly need support from them... but as usual when you do... you do urgently.
I need an urgent change to MX records for a mail server change of a client. My situation now is: - DNS management gives me errors on ALL zones I have... so I have to think is a system error - I don't see any email regarding support windows... etc. I could be wrong but I guess is not that. - I go to see "System Status" on my reseller panel... and it doesn't work... - I go to "after hours" emergency support (http://www.opensrs.org/.emerg/.) and it doesn't work either... Can someone let me know what is going on? Is this what you get normally when in need of help? Am I right when I miss the good old days of OpenSRS? Thanks. Jose Luis Moya Nombremania.com SPAIN
