Free Culture @ NYU is working on a "hit list" this year. So far we have USC and UH at the top of the list, but it's going to take a bit of research to find it out about other universities out there. We're planning on publishing it right when High School seniors have to make a decision about where they're going to attend university.
We're probably going to do a call for comments / public question thing and hopefully get people to respond via digg / slashdot / bb.
