Redundant I'll grant you, unnecessary less so, and burden on free speech not at all. First, the cost is so minimal (maybe a second or two of Fred's time) that it could hardly be considered a burden on anything. Second, and as somebody so concerned about plagiarism and misrepresentation I think you could identify with this, the idea of a person taking a second or two to avoid misrepresentation seems difficult to consider detrimental to freedom of speech. parker
