Furthermore, if most of the trolling comes from one (or a few) persons, 
it is not neccessary to make new rules nor eject them from the list per 
se.  If you don't like the posts of one person, you (personally) can 
delete them from your own little corner of the Internet via your email 
client's killfile.  You cannot get upset a a troll you cannot hear.  If 
everyone does this, the net effect will be exactly the same as if that 
person were in moderator lockdown; they could hear us, but not respond.
