That is a choice the list membership should be able to make. Whether they want to allow continuous "harassment"[0] by a select few with the hope of ignoring it, or if they want to systematically rid the list of that "harassment"[0]. Btw: "rid the list of" doesn't necessarily mean baning/kicking people. There are other ways, more diplomatic/social norm based. -greg [0] "harassment" is the only word I could think of right now, it isn't the best, but it is close enough for now.
