I am not a Last.fm user. Can someone correct me here? Last.fm works because: a) collecting listening data is valuable to their customers (music industry) b) collecting listening data is valuable to users because they discovering new tracks
Fred, are you and TechCrunch saying that that (a) is not anonymized and could be/ is being used as a dry snitch in RIAA lawsuits?
