I wrote my previous email in haste. Permit me this addendum.

Last.fm clearly has some fascinating uses and provides value to its
users/customers. I shouldn't have said "never" use it. Of course you
should continue using it, if you are enjoying it.

Unfortunately the current situation demands you do so with the
knowledge that you might be identified for a copyright restriction.

My "never" was an example of the chilling effect that lawsuits have on
innovation.
