To actually qualify for DMCA safe harbour status, you have to register with
the US copyright office. Not surprisingly, they require you to print out a
form and mail it to them, along with some money ( the form can be acquired
at http://www.copyright.gov/onlinesp/ ). It's actually 105$ now actually,
now that I'm looking at it. You can also use their site to look at
organizations who have this status.
