I am not 100% sure whether MPL-2.0 is the solution.

The background: When Sun did create the CDDL, I had a long discussion with
people from Sun (including a lawyer) on the phone. The reason for that call was
to avoid problems from creating a license that causes problems in Europe.

The related issues have been solved in the second version of the CDDL that in
turn has been accepted by opensource.org. I did not yet check whether they have
been solved in the MPL-2.0
