Hi Group, Wow- I struck quite a nerve. I felt this was an appropriate place to post this particular requirement because the subject of interaction design is closely related to development as well as UX. Please let me know if I am wrong..This requirement is AS IS written by the hiring manager.. BTW, we do have a refferal program in place: $500 is paid if placed the day the candidate starts..
