Somehow w/o a proper "certified" definition of personas, information  
architecture, interaction design, design thinking, design research,  
prototypes, and a few others, we've been able to successfully redesign  
software/applications/websites.

Let me know when you guys get this thing figured out. In the mean  
time, I'm off to finish some personas, dropping behavior notes on some  
patterns, and starting a new prototype this afternoon :).
