Unfortunately not at the moment. We are trying... but cultural change in a corporate environment is difficult. Right now I work (and do not preside) in a cross between what Dave describes and an agency environment. About half the work is collaborative, but not all.
I have run and worked in environments like what Dave is calling 'studio'. It can be amazing.
