I am currently in a very similar situation as you – I am a fan of the  
Cooper Goal Directed Design process myself, but our engineering team  
uses agile.

We are looking into ways to make them work together, which will be an  
ongoing process in itself over the next few months.

I am very curious to see what others are doing!
