Well, to elaborate, I am one of the leads, not necessarily THE lead, and I have been tasked to do this by THE lead due to my level of experience in both design & programming. The team is actually eager to learn and I get a pretty steady stream of inquiries from them on a day-to-day basis which kind of prompted all of this. I certainly don't want to tell them they are necessarily doing anything wrong, I just want to help them do it better. A lot of them have a traditional design background and they just haven't been made aware of the nuances of designing for the web.
