Mark Schraad hit the hardest nail on the head:

"Determine those skills, topics or ares that your team needs more
awareness."

What I've been trying to do with my team at Autodesk in Shanghai is
-- since the team in new -- I'm using one hour a week for a
coffe-break/team-building/training/all-in-one: the team has different
expertise and experience levels, so, I've started a "show and
tell", in which each designer brings examples of good/bad design,
show to the team and we discuss.

To keep somewhat "structured", each week the show and tell has a
"topic", based on the Topics from %u201CFirst Principles of
Interaction Design, by Bruce Tognazzini
(http://www.asktog.com/basics/firstPrinciples.html)... when that runs
out, we'll pick something "heavier".
