Hi Mark & Michael, It's still a problem of design, design the team, so from this view, it's still back to the design problem, first define and refine the goal of the team, and at least some core members of the team agree with on visual goal of the team. for long run, this is the best education for the team. And agree with you, let the out guys comes in, but maybe to ask the prefessional designers do workshops on some real but small projects, and let team members join in. this will perform partially the selection roles in the team evolution
And if your goal is educate the team, so if it's lunch time or not, may not so important, isnt it?
