Hello, I have to do a proposal including timings for a solution in which there will be 300 end users of a new system aimed at improving efficiency in the work place by using technology where before things were done on paper or over the phone. What percentage of these 300 do I need to observe in their place of work, interview and so on for the information to be representative of the whole? - I want to get enough information to be able to develop personas and wondered if there were guidelines regarding the numbers and statistics for getting it right.
