Elizabeth,

To be honest, unless you've got just two audience segments (personas) then
I'd suggest you look at whether or not you can talk to all of them in some
form. Barring that, I'd suggest around 10 users per estimated persona. As a
minimum, I'd be aiming at 24-30.
