Hello people, I'm currently doing a 'simple' research for a financial institution that deals with wholesale banking ( http://www.investopedia.com/terms/w/wholesalebanking.asp). This topic is, to say the least, completely foreign to me. Normally, in other projects, I'd have little difficulty imagining myself as the target user. However, in this case, I personally have never dealt with managing a company/business that would require such service. Hence, I'm kind of stumped, looking for 'goodie bags' (best practices, tools, etc) per-se.
So, the questions are: 1. if you are a rich man, looking for a financial institution to manage & help your business grow, what key information would you look on their site? 2. What would make your sit up and take notice? Delightful & surprising user experiences? If you have some sample urls, that would be great. Thanks in advance Shah ________________________________________________________________ Welcome to the Interaction Design Association (IxDA)! To post to this list .......
