So the disconnect is that the Crowdvine part of our site does not state that the workshops have an associated cost to them. I'll change that today. Sorry for the confusion there. The registration page has clearly stated that the there is a fee for the workshops from the start and most people have understood that. I will give a status as to the workshops in a separate thread.
