[IxDA Discuss] Interactin designers in China?

Wondering what the state of IxD/UX as an expertise or community is in  
China...mature? Nascent? Nonexistent? I do know that there is a fast- 
growing acceptance of WPF as a development environment/platform, with  
its implications for interaction design. I'm just wondering though how  
much of the UX is created by developers as opposed to by IxDs.

It would be helpful to know. Thanks in advance.
