If you skim through, keep in mind that this standard is undergoing a refresh. I don't think there's a huge need to establish new standards for accessibility outside of current efforts. We'd give advice for making their (often byzantine) sites more effective, both for end users and for organizations (in the form of less time wasted on user confusion).
