You would seriously recommend that they step into age discrimination
territory by way of statistical significance, as opposed to adding a simple
"over 65" option? :)

Just as well there are not a lot of UPA folk here in Oz - if there were,
someone would no doubt be getting some rude emails from Grey Power advocates
:)
