I second that - but/and I'm finding that to recruiters these days, and
more and more internal use,
"Interaction Designer" means "Flash Designer".  This is fine in some
sense, as Flash is an excellent
tool to have in one's toolbox, but I don't think it's being used in
the intent of, say, the IxDA.
