AJ - Yes, it's a conundrum. Some of my coworkers have suggested that it's not necessarily that the fields are there on forms, but that they require us to fill them in. The thought is, "if I want to give more info, great, if not, then just call / email me." For us though, it's just sales leads, not products, so required things for processing I think takes a bit of a different angle, as in your case, which sounds like it could benefit the user as much as the company to have more fields input via the web? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
