This isn't going to help you decide much, but all those schools have
good reputations.

Umea & Malmo are the most interaction design focussed and all the
people that come out of them seem to be pretty rocking. 

Cologne has Birgit Mager running the service design research center
and network there, if that's an area of interest.

Helsinki is great for mobile projects and research, for obvious
reasons. 

You might want to check out Hyper Island in Sweden too - it's more
eclectic in terms of digital creative work, but you would experience
lots of different aspects. Again, my friends at Poke tell me that
every single intern they have had from there they have employed and
they are invariably multi-faceted and excellent:
