Hi Mike -

If you're interested in studying in Scandinavia, you should take a
look at Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design
http://ciid.dkds.dk/ .

Currently this is a one year course and we have students from all
around the world, from many different backgrounds (including
non-designers) - some of whom already have Masters and a PhD.

We run a very hand-on curriculum via a back-to-back workshop
education in topics such as Computational Design, Video Prototyping
and Tangible User Interface. A gallery of the workshops students have
done can be found here: http://dkds.ciid.dk/

This all takes place in a studio environment and you can get an idea
of the general atmosphere by browsing through our flickr:

Unfortunately our application process for this Sept is coming to a
close but I would be more than happy to answer any questions you
might have.

Alie.
