Martin,

Not all that much, no. The Dutch have a long history in interaction design and new media arts, often with a slight anarchic aspect to it, so I would expect there to be that kind of flavour. They also have strong product/industrial design courses in some of those places too. But I'm really just making assumptions here. There might be someone on this list who has been to or is part of those unis who can help!
